Roger Dague, National Assembly of Combatants of French Indochina, Research Collaborator (France). Departmental President of the Rhône and National Administrator of the Association of Veterans of the French Indochina War & of Foreign Military Missions. He has held this volunteer position for 21 years in the service of his Indochina companions, tending to the social welfare of veterans of all armed conflicts. His primary role is to share the memory of this conflict with new generations of French youth. He volunteered at the age of 18 to serve in Indochina in the French Expeditionary Corps and was stationed for 31 months in Central Vietnam. Upon his return to civilian life, he started a family: He has been married for 58 years and has two children and five grandchildren between the ages of 18 and 25.
